1. Services
Adrienn Pim, trading as Adrienn Pim Nutrition, provides Nutritional Therapy consultations both in person and online.
Nutritional Therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace medical care.
I practice in accordance with the ethical framework of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP).
2. Scope of Practice
Nutritional Therapy applies nutrition science to support individual health and wellbeing.
I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication.
Clients presenting with red flag symptoms will be referred to an appropriate medical professional.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete health information

Inform their GP of any nutritional or supplement recommendations where appropriate

Inform me of any diagnoses, medications, or changes in health status

Seek medical advice for acute or serious symptoms
Clients accept responsibility for decisions made regarding their health.
4. Consultations (Online & In-Person)
Online consultations are conducted via secure video platform.
Clients are responsible for ensuring a working internet connection. If connection issues occur due to client-side technical problems, full consultation fees apply.
A 15-minute waiting period applies to all sessions. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be classed as a no-show.
Recording consultations is not permitted without written consent from both parties.
5. Payment
Payment is required in advance of all appointments.
Instalment plans may be available for selected packages.
Refunds are not provided for completed consultations.
6. Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will be charged in full.
7. Supplements & Testing
I may recommend supplements and/or functional testing as part of your programme.
I may receive commission on certain products or services. This does not affect clinical judgment.
Clients should not continue supplement protocols beyond the agreed review period without consultation.
8. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Client information is handled confidentially and stored securely in accordance with:
