Hi, I’m Adrienn Pim

I’ve always been fascinated by food, not just the joy of cooking, but the way what we eat shapes how we feel, how we age, and how we show up in our everyday lives. Even growing up in Hungary, I was naturally drawn to wholesome, simple ingredients and the idea that food can support the body, not just feed it. 

That early curiosity became a lifelong passion. Over the years, I developed a deep interest in how nutrition, lifestyle and the body’s systems interact, and how meaningful changes in one area can create powerful shifts in overall wellbeing.

For more than 25 years, I worked closely alongside my husband - a chiropractor - and his family of chiropractors. Being part of a holistic healthcare environment for so long gave me a unique insight into how the body functions, how symptoms often connect, and how essential it is to look beyond the surface when someone isn’t feeling their best. This experience strongly shaped my approach: whole-person, root-cause focused and deeply supportive.

Today, as a nutritional therapist, my work goes far beyond general diet advice.

I help clients understand what’s really driving their symptoms — whether they’re dealing with digestive issues, low energy, hormonal imbalances, recurring infections or simply feeling “not quite themselves.” Using personalised nutrition and evidence-based lifestyle strategies, I support the body in restoring balance and building long-term resilience.

My approach is practical, realistic and tailored to each person I work with. Nutrition shouldn’t feel restrictive or overwhelming — it should feel empowering, enjoyable, and achievable even on your busiest days. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me in the kitchen experimenting with nourishing recipes, enjoying long walks in nature, or spending quality time with friends and family — the things that keep me grounded and energised.

My mission is simple: to give you the clarity, confidence and support you need to take control of your health and feel genuinely well — in a way that fits your life and feels good for you.
